The Vibe

Pour this one into a decanter and give it time — it rewards patience. A vibrant light garnet in the glass with a nose that keeps shifting: red berries, flint, graphite, sandalwood, tobacco, clove, thyme, and fynbos. It's a lot, in the best possible way. On the palate, cranberry takes centre stage alongside granite minerality and herbal complexity, held together by a beautiful, lively acid that keeps every sip fresh and evolving. This is a serious wine with serious ageing potential — but it's just as stunning opened tonight.

Cellaring potential: Up to 15 years. Decant before drinking.
The Process: Hand-selected bunches crushed into open-top barrels — 1/3 whole bunch, 1/3 whole berry, 1/3 crushed and destemmed. Wild fermentation punched down once daily. Basket pressed into old French oak barrels, kept on rough lees for 8–15 months. Bottled with minimal fining and no additives.
