Legal Drinking Age: To use our website and place orders for our goods and services, you must be of legal drinking age in your country or region.

Bottle Sales: All wines are sold by the bottle unless otherwise specified.

Inclusive of VAT: Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) to ensure transparency in pricing.

Overdue Payments: In the event of any payment becoming overdue, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries or collections until the payment is settled.

Order Cancellation: Toasted Barrels reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part if circumstances require. If goods or services are no longer available after payment, we will promptly refund the amount paid.

Mistakenly Under-Priced Items or Services: If any items or services are mistakenly under-priced, we will not be obligated to provide them at the stated price. In such cases, we will inform you before delivery or service commencement. If you decide not to proceed with the order, a full refund will be issued.

Inspection on Collection or Delivery: Upon collection or delivery, it is essential to inspect all goods. If you receive an incorrect order or damaged items, please notify Toasted Barrels within 7 - 14 days of collection or delivery. After this period, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund.
