Just in time for the new season, the SANNIESRUST Cinsaut Rosé 2025 has arrived! This is a vibrant, joyful rosé made for sunny afternoons and good company. Sourced from youthful vineyards in the Simonsberg ward of Stellenbosch, it’s bursting with fresh, exuberant character that is impossible to resist.

 

Tasting Experience: A Glass of Pure Delight

  • Nose: The wine immediately charms with aromatic impressions of Turkish delight and zesty ruby grapefruit.
  • Palate: Flavours of rose water, delicate flower petals, and classic strawberries and cream wash over the palate. The experience concludes with a wonderfully pithy freshness that leaves you wanting more and more.

 

Our Philosophy & Craft: Crafted with a Gentle Touch We believe in letting the grapes shine. The fruit was harvested by hand and enjoyed a full 24 hours of skin contact to develop its beautiful colour and intense flavours. A spontaneous natural fermentation took place in stainless steel to preserve its bright character , while six weeks on the lees added a lovely texture. This wine is bottled unfiltered to retain all of its authentic charm, so a small natural sediment may form over time.

 

Perfect for a Sunny Day Its vibrant profile and hint of sweetness make it incredibly versatile. Enjoy it chilled on its own as a perfect sundowner, or pair it with summer salads, fresh seafood, or mildly spicy dishes like Thai green curry.
