   For all orders that do not qualify for free shipping, our standard shipping fees are as follows:

• 0 to 5 kilograms: R 70.00 ZAR
• 5 to 10 kilograms: R 95.00 ZAR
• 11 to 25 kilograms: R 150.00 ZAR

1. Free Nationwide Delivery:
   We are delighted to offer FREE nationwide delivery to any address in South Africa for all orders over R850.00 ZAR. However, please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other sales or specials.
2. Order Processing:
   Rest assured that we value your time. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment.
3. Delivery Times:
   Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Kindly note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Order Accuracy:
   Every effort is made to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly. If, however, you do not receive exactly what you have ordered, we will gladly rectify the problem or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Environmental Impact:
   At Toasted Barrels, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. To achieve this, wines will remain in their original packaging. For mixed cases, we reserve the right to ship them in re-utilized wine boxes suitable for the bottle size and shape.
