The Vibe

Because these grapes grow right near the False Bay coastline, the ocean breezes actually influence the flavour of the wine. It has this incredible, mouth-watering sea-breeze freshness to it, mixed with bright white peach. It is crisp, slightly salty in the best way possible, and ridiculously refreshing.

• ABV: ~13.0%

• The Process: Whole-bunch pressed and spontaneously fermented in older oak. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean imparts a distinct, saline minerality.
