Origin: Polkadraai Hills, Stellenbosch
ABV: 13.0%

The Process: Grown on the granitic soils of the Polkadraai Hills. Wild, spontaneous fermentation with a percentage of whole-bunch clusters to give the wine that vibrant, crunchy tension. Aged in older, neutral French oak barrels to let the pure fruit shine.
