Because it is made using wild yeast, it has a beautiful, slightly savoury, nutty twist to it alongside all that bright lemon and ripe pear. It is the ultimate classy white wine to pour when you want to impress without being too formal.

  • Origin: Bonnievale (Stormsvlei Mountains)

  • ABV: ~12.85%

  • The Process: Sourced from twin vineyards in a cool-climate pocket. Cold-fermented with wild yeast and treated to regular batonnage (stirring the lees) to build texture without losing its vibrant acidity.
